Snooze’s insanely tasty pancake flights will have yet another home in Houston

It looks like Snooze is damned and determined to conquer Texas with its boozy breakfasts and pancake flights, as the Denver-based brunch chain opens another outpost in the Houston area.

The new location will debut in Clear Lake next month at 820 West Bay Area Boulevard. The new 3,700 square foot space near the Baybrook Mall is located just east of I-45 in a new development. Besides the sunny retro-themed dining room, there will also be a large patio for enjoying the outdoors with an egg side.

Snooze’s obscene and decadent pancakes are best eaten in a flight of three. Options include the Pineapple Upside Down Pancake and the Seasonal “Smashin ‘Pumpkin” Pancake with Cream Cheese Filling alongside delicious berry infused varieties. Don’t sleep on the vegetable-stuffed frittata or the large assortment of twists on an Egg Benedict. Snooze offers responsibly sourced ingredients in its dishes and a commitment to sustainability by minimizing waste, composting and recycling. The drinks are as appealing as the food with an assortment of local craft beers, house sparkling wine and traditional mimosa riffs.

Snooze is opening locations in major Texas cities at a rapid pace, including three in North Texas and four Pitches in Katy, Montrose, The Heights and Town & Country with another planned for the Galleria area.

Snooze’s newest location officially opens on November 14, and will operate daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
