The 66th annual Kiwanis Pancake Festival is scheduled for this weekend
Kiwanis University’s famous Pancake Festival will be back in full force this weekend at the JS Bridwell Ag Center, 111 N Burnett St.
The band had to postpone the event, which was normally held on the last Saturday in January, due to high COVID numbers at the time.

This year’s event will take place on Saturday, April 23, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
University Kiwanis have owned the feed for 66 years.
Due to COVID in 2021, the group held a drive-in style DIY event with people able to pick up pancake mix and frozen sausages to make their pancakes at home.

Some of their events and projects include a citywide Easter egg hunt, support for key clubs at all three high schools, the Terrific Kids/BUG (Bring Up Grades) program at City View Elementary School, scholarships for Schools and Children’s Playground at Kiwanis University Park.
